We made the 1 hour, 15 minute drive to this iconic beach. The day began slow with a little rain, but turned out beautifully. We rented 2 body boards and made sandcastles. After a while, we began digging holes just to have the ocean fill them in. The beach started nearly empty at noon but was getting full by 3:00 PM when we left. Awesome and inexpensive day. Now back to the Sheraton Vistana Resort for a break.
