Calhoun Coffee after the Chattanooga Marathon

We wanted to spend the day in Chattanooga... but we found our that they were on day 3 of a weekend of marathon races. 😬 We slowed down to eat at Kenny's, but would have been blocked in by the routes.

So.... we made a morning stop on a little town named Calhoun, 

Saddle Up for Fun

We made it to Rich and Erica's place in Kenosha and figured out how to remove the middle back seats of our rented 15 passenger van to load luggage. (With the help of Gemini).

Then we took our pre-ride group photo before heading off to stop #1, Chattanooga, TN. What a beautiful sunset.

Another Adventure to Florida

We're heading to Florida for Spring Break. As usual, we're dropping off the dogs at the Skarda farm first. 

Foot Soccer (Ouchie Toes)

For our afternoon entertainment, we took a shot at Foot Soccer. We play 9 holes on the Red Bird Golf Course (a par 3 course), bit instead of clubs and golfballs, we use soccer balls. A good time was had by all...except for Dad's toes.

The Shoppes in Highlands, NC

After lunch, Caleb caught a cat nap in the van while Jaden, Mom, & Dad walked around town before stopping for ice cream at Kilwin's. It reminded us a lot of Door County. Little shops and fancy stuff.

Hungry to Explore Highlands, NC after Hiking

After our hike to Glenn Falls, everyone was hungry so we stopped in Highlands, NC for lunch. We found the Highlands Pizza Place.  Great food and very necessary after all the hiking.
