Bring on the Monkeys!

The tours were good and all, but we were here to see monkeys! Our day was about to get great. 

The walk to the monkey pen was short and we were all excited. 

There were many rules in place to keep the monkeys and people safe.  Apparently, someone gave some candy to a monkey last week and it died.  😞 

We had to rinse our shoes to keep them clean and help keep the monkeys healthy. 

They knew we were coming. 

Per the instructions, we were to hold our hands open and keep them out of our pockets (monkeys think you're hiding something otherwise). Caleb was practicing. 

The monkeys were roaming all over the place. They have about 78 monkeys (from 10 originals) and they all could roam in the area. 

Once we got situated, they gave everyone a bowl and some veggies. The monkeys liked celery, carrots, and sunflower seeds.
