Hey, it's 75 Degrees, Let's Go Swimming
Sunday, June 29, afternoon.
Yup, in an area where every community has a waterpark, you'd expect there to be somewhere to swim, especially after a bike ride. Well we came in and tried, but it was just too cold. We stayed for about 46 minutes so it was about a dollar a minute to swim. Had to try.
Bike Ride from Taylorsville to Tipp City
We went to church with Scott & Charissa and then had fun going for a bike ride. This proceeded to be one of the best days for riding. 16 miles with a trailer and my littles in tow.

We made it! 2:50 AM local time. Sandy drove the last leg and did a fine job. The wipers were giving us some issues, but we did make it. God is good!
Vacation Ohio #2
Heading out to Ohio. Nothing like a quick stop at McDonald's at 11 in the evening! Started with a 7 hour, 45 minute drive. It actually took us 10 hours due to weather & accidents. We did make it safely, though.

Stop for Supper, Wings Etc. Valpo
We've been in the road for about 5 hours and decided to stop in for some wings. Thanks go out to Chad Lincoln, a buddy of mine from Lutherdale, for suggesting Wings, Etc. in Valparaiso, IN. We asked the hostess for a table near some outlets. She came through in a BIG way! Got our own table with a triple extension cord to charge up the iPads. Life-saver. It makes the 20 minutes, out of the way drive worth it. Ordered a 50 wing-boneless buffet. Super excited.
Prince of Peace Updates
We're heading home from Ohio. We had a quick stop at the church where Karen works. They've done some beautiful updates and have a Lenten Walk for the young ones. Jaden & Caleb were reading all about them.
